4. Products & Descriptions
4.1 Our Jewellery
Our jewellery is sourced from multiple manufacturers. Minor variations in colour, texture, dimensions, and finish may occur between individual pieces and product photographs. These variations are inherent to the products and are not considered defects. All weights and measurements are approximate.
4.2 Materials
Product descriptions include material information to the best of our knowledge. If you have a metal allergy or sensitivity, please contact us before purchasing so we can advise on suitability. We cannot be held liable for reactions arising from undisclosed sensitivities.
4.3 Gemstones & Natural Materials
Where natural gemstones or organic materials are used, each piece will carry the unique characteristics of those materials. Photographs are representative of the item type; the exact stone or material in your piece may differ slightly in pattern, tone, or inclusions.
4.4 Care Instructions
Our pieces are made from a range of metals. Care guidance for each material can be found in our FAQ Section under JEWELLERY CARE GUIDES. Atelier 713 is not responsible for damage arising from improper care, storage, or use that falls outside our recommendations.
5. Pricing & Payment
5.1 Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are in Pounds Sterling (GBP). We do not charge VAT at this time. Prices at in-person events will be clearly displayed and may reflect event-specific promotions or pricing.
Atelier 713 reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price confirmed at the point of purchase.
5.2 Online Payments
We accept payment via major credit and debit cards and any other payment methods displayed at checkout. All online transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. Atelier 713 does not store your full card details.
5.3 In-Person Payments
At events and shopping fairs we only accept card payments. In the event of a technical failure preventing card payments, we reserve the right to request alternative payment.
5.4 Order Confirmation
An order is confirmed only when you receive a written order confirmation (email or receipt). Placing an item in your online basket or expressing interest at an event does not constitute a confirmed purchase.
6. Shipping & Delivery (Online Orders)
6.1 Dispatch Timeframes
Standard items are typically dispatched within 3–5 working days of order confirmation. Any made-to-order and bespoke pieces may have individual lead times which will be communicated at the time of purchase.
6.2 Shipping Methods & Costs
Shipping options and costs are displayed at checkout. Atelier 713 currently only ships within the United Kingdom. If you would like to place an order from outside the U.K please contact us. International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges levied by their country.
6.3 Delivery Estimates
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Atelier 713 is not liable for delays caused by postal services, courier partners, customs processes, or circumstances beyond our control.
6.4 Risk & Title
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Title passes to you upon receipt of full payment.
6.5 Failed Deliveries
If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or failure to collect from a delivery point, re-delivery costs will be charged to the customer. Atelier 713 is not responsible for parcels lost due to inaccurate delivery information.
7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
7.1 Online Orders – Statutory Rights
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason (“cooling-off period”). To exercise this right, please notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery.
7.2 Returning Items
Items must be returned within 14 days of cancellation notification, in their original unworn, undamaged condition with original packaging and any accompanying documentation. We cannot accept the return of earrings - for reasons of hygiene - or items that have a bespoke element, where they have been created especially for you. Return postage and packaging costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured postal service, as we cannot accept liability for items lost in transit.
If your purchase included a free gift you will need to return this together with the item that you are returning.
7.3 Refunds
Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. We reserve the right to deduct from the refund if items show signs of wear, damage, or missing packaging.
7.4 Exclusions
The following items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable (except in cases of fault), in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations:
-
Bespoke, personalised, or custom-made pieces
-
Earrings (for hygiene reasons, where the sealed packaging has been opened)
-
Items that have been engraved, or otherwise altered at the customer’s request
7.5 In-Person Event Purchases
Purchases made at events, fairs and pop-ups are subject to statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You are entitled to a refund or replacement if items are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose. Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for purchases where you have had a 'change of mind'. However, as a gesture of goodwill we will be happy to issue a gift card for the cost of the item you wish to return. Please view our returns section for what you will need to do to action a return.
7.6 Faulty Goods
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographs documenting the issue. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund as appropriate.
8. Custom Orders
Bespoke items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or materially differ from the agreed specification

11. Privacy & Data Protection
Atelier 713 is committed to protecting your personal data and complying with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Our full Privacy Policy, which sets out how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information, is available on our website.
